( Foto AP)Hoy hice unos hot cakes para desayunar.... me quedaron así del mismo colorcito que los de la foto, nada mas que los mios no fueron acompañados con fresas y arándanos... a los mios los acompañe con una rebanada de jamón en medio de los hot cakes y arriba un gran huevo estrellado :D sencillamente ¡¡delicioso amigos!!
Se me hace super sencillo ahora hacer hot cakes, compro una harina a la que solo es necesario echarle leche, ya no tienes que agregarle ni huevo, ni mantequilla ni nada....es de los mas practica esa harina, a mi me gusta agregarle un chorrito de vainilla para que tomen un sabor especial....
Hace 2 domingos que no hacia hot cakes, y es que desde que no esta mi mami los domingos es de hot cakes y los enanos me ayudan a prepararlos..jajajaj según ellos... toman una silla se ponen frente a la estufa y ellos echan la mezcla al comal y voltean el hot cake cuando ya tiene muchos ollitos encima y luego le pican poquito para ver si ya están y en cuanto salen sus hot cakes me abandonan y se van a comer jajajajajaja....
Estos domingos de hot cakes tienen que seguir aun cuando regrese mi madre.... se lo voy a dejar bien claro....y es que a mi mami no le gustan los hot cakes...dice que eso no es desayuno, pero los enanos y yo pensamos totalmente lo contrario...
Pd. cuando tenga camarita le tomo foto a los hot cakes que yo hago ups que hacen los enanos ;) Lo prometo
